Refund policy

At Khavda Mesuk Ghar, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality sweets and snacks. Since our products areΒ perishable food items, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.


1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

We request customers to carefully review their order before placing it.


2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is spoiled at the time of delivery

In such cases, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Provide your order details

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a partial/full refund, depending on the situation

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
  • Slight variation in taste, texture, or appearance (as products are handmade)

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

5. Shipping Damage Disclaimer

While we ensure proper packaging, minor damages during transit may occur due to handling by courier services. We evaluate such cases individually.
